We use Google Analytics data (when consented to) to understand how visitors interact with our website so we can improve it. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors or for advertising purposes.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies in the following ways:
- Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics places cookies on your device to collect aggregated usage data. These are only active if you click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner.
- Preference cookies: We store your cookie consent choice (Accept or Decline) in your browser's localStorage so we do not ask you again on future visits.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies that follow you across other websites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by clicking "Decline" on our cookie banner, or by clearing your browser's localStorage.
4. Cookie Consent
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You have two choices:

Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key esm_cookie_consent. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for elevatesocialmedia.net.
We use Google Analytics 4 Consent Mode, which means analytics tracking remains in a denied state until and unless you explicitly accept. No data is sent to Google before consent is given.
5. How We Store Your Information
Contact form submissions are stored securely by Netlify, our hosting provider, on their servers in the United States. We access these submissions through the Netlify dashboard. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain records of client communications, typically no longer than 2 years after the last communication. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
